How to Buy
At gaiasenada.com, ordering is easy. Simply follow the instructions below.

1.  Add the items you want to your shopping cart by clicking "ADD TO CART".

2.  After "ADD TO CART" of items,  there are a preview popup of your order at top right website.

3.  Click "BAG" icon at the top right website and then click "CHECKOUT".

3.  Log in your Gaia Senada account. If you don’t have one, please register on our site.

4.  At checkout, fill in your shipping address and select which shipping method you prefer. 

If you have a valid coupon code you’d like to use, enter the code into the coupon code box.

5.  Click "CONTINUE".

6.  Lastly, click "ORDER WITH AN OBLIGATION TO PAY" to pay for your order.

7.  Complete the order payment.

NOTES:

* We’ll begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment and we’ll also send you an order confirmation email.

* You may check the order status and tracking information of the order in your account after the shipment.

Registration

Registration and creating online account on GAIA SENADA website are needed to speed up the ordering process as all the information on billing and shipping address are in the account. It also enables you to track your order, past or current, and also payment status.

After you have successfully registered, you will then greeted by as page below.  

Click continue and you will be asked to insert you login details again for security purposes. Click login, and you are ready to be inspired with our collections.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Online Banking.

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  1. The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

  2. You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

  3. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

CAN I INCLUDE MY COMPANY’S DETAILS ON MY INVOICE?

Yes. Simply click on the business option in personal details and fill in the tax information we require.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

1. How do I register and create an online account?

You can create an account and register with us by filling out the form. You can read further onhow to filling out the formand how to buy.

2. Can I check out as a guest?

You can opt to check out as a guest, but registering and creating account with us will speed up your check out process and you also have the advantage to manage your online account and keep track of your past and current orders.

3. Help! I forget my password.

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Simply click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link under the password box in login and you will receive an email with your password. However, if you still do not receive the email, please email us at help@gaiasenada.com and we will assist you.

4. Help! My password doesn’t seem to work.

Please check whether you have entered the correct password for your Gaiasenada account and your keyboard caps lock and number lock are not on. If this still does not work, please click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link under the password box in login and you will receive an email with your password. However, if you still do not receive the email, please email us at help@gaiasenada and we will assist you.

5. How do I unsubscribe from you newsletter?

We are sad to see you go, but you can do so by untick the newsletter box. You can change your preferences anytime by ticking that box again.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Do you accept payment through bank in?

Unfortunately we do not accept payment through bank in. This is due to avoid scams who are at large.

2. Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. This is due to avoid scams who are at large.

3. What other payment method do you accept?

We only accept payment through credit card and online banking as offered by Senangpay.

4. Is it safe to pay through Senangpay gateway? 

Senangpay is regulated under Malaysia Payment System Act 2003 and also complies with PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to deliver international standard of security for users to transact online securely.

ORDERS

1. How do I place an order?

Firstly you need to create an account and register with us by filling out the form. You can read further onhow to filling out the formand how to buy.

2. There is a problem with my order.

Please contact us at sales@gaiasenada.com. Our representative will be able to assist you further.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is through and payment is made, you CAN’T cancel your order. All sales are final, no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is made.

4. Why was my order cancelled?

If you have place an order but have not make payment, you will be sent an email notification which will remind you to make payment within 24 hours or the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Order also will be automatically cancelled if the payment through Senangpay does not get through due to insufficient amount in your bank account and your bank declined the transaction or your credit card declined the transaction.

5. Can I add new item to my order after I have checked out?

Unfortunately, you can’t. You will need to make a new order. You also can’t request to combine different orders in one postage to save postage fees as we do everything by the orders numbers systems and combining different orders can interrupt our logistic system.

6. I have received my order, but an (or more) is (are) faulty.

We are extremely sorry! Please read our Return Policy.If you wish to process returns order, please fill out the form.

7. I have received my order, but one (or more) item is (are) missing.

We are extremely sorry! Please email us at sales@gaiasenada.com with your order ID and product code number you did not received.

8. I have received an (or more) incorrect item in my order.

We are extremely sorry! Please email us at sales@gaiasenada.com with your order ID and product code number you did not received. You also need to return the incorrect item back to us.

9. Do you restock sold – out item?

Depends on response we get on a sold – out item, we occasionally will restock them. Do check our Facebook Page and Instagram account frequently, and do not forget to subscribe to our newsletter for the announcement.

SHIPPING

1. Do you ship internationally?

You are in luck because YES WE DO via Malaysia PosLaju – EMS.Read on international shipping fees and how long does the delivery takes.

2. How do I know whether my order has been shipped out?

We will email you once your order has been paid and processed with a unique tracking code number. You can track your parcel and you can also track your order online account through manage your account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. How do I return order? 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a 14 day return policy on regular priced items. Sale items may only be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within the 14 days from the invoice date and be unused, unaltered, and unworn.

International orders are not refundable at this time.

2. How do I exchange order?

3. When will I receive my refunds?

Once the returns have been approved according to our returns condition policy, you will receive an email notification when your store credit has been updated.

Refund is done through reimbursement of store credit together with your returns shipping fees. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE WITH MONEY.

4. What should I do if the refunds amount is incorrect?
